I don’t know how long the museum of design has been open in Atlanta but I’m more than excited to know it’s a block from my office. Design is functional, art isn’t as much. I would stare at Swiss furniture before going into a traditional museum and trying to make meaning out of someone else’s work. Design has purpose and seems to be more consumable.
